Service Description

Solo Travel Planning Consultation Kickstart your solo travel journey with a focused 15-minute planning call designed to understand your goals and determine how we can best support your trip. For a non-refundable fee of $25, we will discuss your travel preferences, timeline, budget, and desired experiences. If you move forward with our planning services within 72 hours of your consultation, your $25 will be applied as a credit toward your planning fee. During this session, we will cover: • Your travel goals and overall vision • Preferred travel dates and destinations • Accommodation style and comfort level • Safety considerations and destination insights • An overview of our planning process --- Planning Timeline Requirement A minimum of **three (3) months advance notice** is required for all itinerary planning services. We do not accept last-minute planning requests. This ensures adequate research time, availability of quality accommodations, and a well-paced itinerary design. --- Trip Planning Fee Structure Our planning fee covers the research, curation, and development of your customized itinerary. This fee does not include the cost of hotels, tours, transportation, flights, or other travel bookings. Base Planning Fee – $275 Includes up to 4 nights in one destination. Additional Nights – $25 per night Additional Locations – $100 per location Your customized itinerary will include: • Recommended hotels • Curated activity options • Transfer options • Estimated total trip cost breakdown • Direct booking links so you may book independently Please Note: Restaurant recommendations are not included in this service. Your itinerary includes up to two revisions. Additional revisions may require an additional fee. Delivery timeframe is typically 12–18 business days once all trip details are confirmed.
